职位概况

负责商户及渠道合作伙伴的日常业务咨询、交易流程解释及系统使用指导，协助完成商户入网及运营支持。

主要职责

解答商户业务咨询，提供交易流程及系统使用指导。
协助商户入网，包括资料审核、合同跟进、测试对接。
跟进商户使用情况，提升活跃度和交易量。
处理支付订单异常、退款、掉单、支付失败等。
受理并解决商户投诉，收集反馈并提出产品优化建议。
维护合作档案、合同信息及KYC/KYB资料，确保数据完整。

任职要求

大专及以上学历，专业不限。
1年以上客服、商务助理或商户支持经验，有支付/金融科技经验者优先。
学习能力强，能快速掌握支付系统及商户后台业务。
良好沟通能力和服务意识，能独立处理客户问题。
具备团队协作精神，抗压能力强，适应快节奏工作。
会中英文沟通者优先。

必备技能

熟悉支付业务流程及系统操作。
具备商务沟通与客户服务能力。
