Omnichannel Project Manager - 1 Year Mission

About the role

CHANEL is looking for an Omnichannel Project Manager to coordinate and deliver key strategic digital initiatives in the Middle East, working at the intersection of Business, Digital, Retail and Operations. The role sits in the Client Engagement & Digital team and helps accelerate CHANEL Middle East's digital transformation, supporting the scoping, development, launch and continuous improvement of omnichannel initiatives across the Chanel Digital Commerce ecosystem, including e-wholesale, Chanel.com, hybrid e-services, loyalty, new client journeys and future channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple stakeholders within demanding timelines and secure operational readiness for each initiative.
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans and work closely with business units, local experts (Legal, IT, Media, Europe Digital) and external partners.
• Support initiatives from launch preparation through run-phase optimization, with a focus on business impact and client experience.
• Work in a fast-paced luxury environment using agile project mode, with attention to detail and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, digital, e-commerce, retail or consulting.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, digital, marketing, engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is a plus.
• Preferably based in the UAE.

Required skills

• Strong project management skills: structuring priorities, coordinating stakeholders and following through on execution.
• Comfortable working with data, digital platforms and operational processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to embrace a test-and-learn approach and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
