On Going Due Diligence Maker – Temporary (Outsource)

About the role

The ODD Maker is responsible for reviewing, processing and contacting customers to finalize ongoing due‑diligence cases, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.

Key responsibilities

• Send ODD forms and requirements to customers after gap assessment and collect documents via email or physical branch.
• Verify trade licences, certificates, memorandums, Emirates IDs and other supporting documents, then upload them to the BPM system with remarks.
• Call customers for confirmation before uploading documents received by email and ensure physical documents have the required true copy stamp.
• Maintain the tracker sheet accurately, handle allocated emails and meet monthly targets while keeping discrepancy rates below 3%.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors with high dedication.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of banking products, services, policies and procedures.
• Fair understanding of banking practices, regulations, risks and anti‑money‑laundering rules.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers professionally.
