About the role
This On‑the‑Job Trainee position offers current university students a hands‑on introduction to culinary operations within two of Dubai's premier hotels. You will work alongside experienced chefs and hospitality professionals, gaining real‑world experience in a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily kitchen preparation and service for hotel restaurants and banquets.
- Support food safety and hygiene standards under supervision.
- Learn menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and plating techniques.
- Participate in hotel-wide culinary events and guest experiences.
Required profile
- Enrolled in a college or university program related to culinary arts, hospitality, or a similar field.
- Strong interest in luxury hotel operations and guest‑focused service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
