About the role

This On‑the‑Job Trainee position offers current university students a hands‑on introduction to culinary operations within two of Dubai's premier hotels. You will work alongside experienced chefs and hospitality professionals, gaining real‑world experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist in daily kitchen preparation and service for hotel restaurants and banquets.
Support food safety and hygiene standards under supervision.
Learn menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and plating techniques.
Participate in hotel-wide culinary events and guest experiences.

Required profile

Enrolled in a college or university program related to culinary arts, hospitality, or a similar field.
Strong interest in luxury hotel operations and guest‑focused service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
