On Trade Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a field‑based Sales Representative to grow the Cigaronne brand across selected on‑trade accounts in the UAE. The role is centred on acquiring new accounts, nurturing relationships and ensuring a consistent, compliant brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new on‑trade accounts in line with company strategy.
• Present Cigaronne products to decision‑makers and support the first order through activation.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with assigned accounts.
• Represent the brand according to regulatory and brand guidelines.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with management.
• Maintain accurate records of field activity.

Required profile

• Experience in field sales, preferably within FMCG, tobacco, alcohol or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and confidence when engaging clients.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based role.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Existing on‑trade or hospitality network and UAE market experience (preferred).
