Onboarding Lead

About the role

The Onboarding Lead drives the end‑to‑end integration of new entities, programs or operational changes into the existing environment. Acting as the bridge between operations, change management and stakeholders, the role ensures smooth transitions with minimal service disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document all operational, technological and process changes resulting from onboarding activities.
• Develop and maintain Change Impact Assessments, an Impact Register and onboarding tracker.
• Conduct risk assessments, maintain RAID logs and create mitigation and contingency plans.
• Lead the onboarding lifecycle: entity assessment, requirement gathering, readiness evaluation, transition planning and execution.
• Apply structured change‑management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) to drive adoption and manage resistance.
• Engage stakeholders through workshops, alignment sessions and regular status updates.
• Perform readiness assessments, coordinate go‑live activities and provide post‑go‑live stabilization support.
• Ensure compliance with change‑management standards, program governance and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading onboarding, transition or change‑management initiatives.
• Strong ability to assess and communicate operational, technological and process impacts.
• Demonstrated competence in risk identification, analysis and mitigation.
• Excellent stakeholder‑engagement and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams (Operations, IT, HR, Training, QA).
