Online Merchandiser

About the role

The Online Merchandiser will own the day‑to‑day commercial performance and presentation of the brand’s e‑commerce product range. You will ensure the right products are visible, findable, priced and positioned to convert across the customer journey from homepage to cart.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and curate the online product range by category, managing homepage, landing and category pages to highlight priority ranges, new arrivals and best‑sellers.
• Maintain search relevance, synonyms and filter logic, and monitor site‑search and navigation analytics to reduce friction in the traffic‑to‑PDP‑to‑cart funnel.
• Execute the online pricing and promotional calendar, monitor discount intensity and markdown cadence to protect margin while driving sell‑through.
• Own PDP content standards, coordinating imagery, sizing information, attributes and cross‑sell placements, and audit content completeness before major launches.
• Support new category launches (Home, Beauty) by defining navigation structure, attribute sets and merchandising rules, and coordinating with operations.
• Track and report SKU‑ and category‑level performance, identify under‑performing ranges and feed insights into the broader CRO roadmap.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian language (mandatory) and 3–6+ years of experience in online merchandising, e‑commerce trading or digital buying, preferably in fashion retail.
• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms, site‑search/merchandising tools and PIM/CMS systems.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with Excel and BI tools on SKU‑level and funnel data.
• Detail‑oriented, execution‑focused and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving digital environment.
