Online Merchandiser - M&S Quick Commerce

About the role

Al Futtaim Group is looking for an Online Merchandiser to support the operations and trading execution across M&S websites and third-party Quick Commerce platforms. The role combines hands-on experience in catalogue maintenance and platform coordination with strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach.

Key responsibilities

• Website operations (KIBO): run day-to-day website updates, build landing pages, campaigns and seasonal features, and coordinate product go-lives with merchandising teams
• Ensure products are accurately tagged, categorized and optimized for search and SEO, and help test and publish content
• Manage product listings, stock sync, pricing and availability on Deliveroo, Foodpanda, Instashop, Grab and similar platforms, and monitor order availability, cancellation rates and delivery windows
• Adapt product names, descriptions and imagery to local relevance and platform guidelines
• Gather and upload marketing assets for email, homepage banners, push notifications and PPC, and build content briefs
• Maintain a tracker of go-live timelines across web and partner platforms and coordinate with SEO and performance marketing teams
• Generate daily and weekly reports on content status, product availability and platform performance, and give recommendations to improve KPIs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in an Online Merchandiser, Web Content Manager or Online Trading role
• Experience with CMS platforms (preferably HCLDX) and eCommerce backends (e.g. KIBO, SAP)
• Direct experience managing listings and operations on Quick Commerce platforms is a strong advantage
• Strong written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus

• Excellent organization and time management, able to handle multiple platforms at once
• Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards
• Strong MS Excel and reporting capability
