Online Merchandiser - M&S Websites & Quick Commerce

About the role

Al-Futtaim is looking for an Online Merchandiser to support operations and trading execution across M&S websites and third-party Quick Commerce platforms. The role combines hands-on experience in catalogue maintenance and platform coordination with strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach.

Key responsibilities

• Website operations (KIBO): run day-to-day website updates, build landing pages, campaigns and seasonal features, coordinate product go-lives and ensure products are tagged, categorised and optimised for search and SEO
• Quick commerce platforms: manage product listings, stock sync, pricing and availability on Deliveroo, Foodpanda, Instashop, Grab and others, and monitor order availability, cancellations and delivery windows
• Campaign execution: gather and upload marketing assets for email, homepage banners, push notifications and PPC, build content briefs and maintain a tracker of go-live timelines
• Reporting and analytics: generate daily and weekly reports on content status, product availability and platform performance, and give recommendations to improve KPIs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in an Online Merchandiser, Web Content Manager or Online Trading role
• Strong written and verbal English (Arabic is a plus)
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple platforms at once
• Comfortable adapting visual assets or content for local markets

Required skills

• Experience with CMS platforms (preferably HCLDX) and eCommerce backends such as KIBO and SAP
• Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards
• Strong MS Excel and reporting capability
