Onsite Logistician – Fixed Term (12 months+)

About the role

As an Onsite Logistician you will be the central point for all logistics activities at the project site. You will set up the workstation, verify infrastructure against the Lay Down Area Plan and ensure that tools, spare parts and consumables are available when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the workstation and verify site infrastructure according to the Lay Down Area Plan.
• Monitor external services, inspect deliveries and manage tool distribution.
• Prepare required spare parts, maintain inventory and coordinate customs clearance when applicable.
• Communicate daily with site managers, technicians and other stakeholders to resolve logistics issues.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and safe handling of hazardous materials.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities to liaise with diverse, multicultural teams.
• Medium‑level English proficiency and ability to read technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel worldwide and work outside Hungary for 75‑80% of the time.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
