About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality guest service across various departments such as housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and concierge.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations and telephone communications efficiently.
• Coordinate with supervisors and managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support special services including butler, bell‑boy and valet duties as required.

• Immediate availability is preferred and will be given priority.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
