Operating CEO

About the role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and execution‑focused Operating CEO to lead the day‑to‑day management and growth of the business. This is not a corporate figurehead role; we need a hands‑on operator who can build teams, drive revenue, establish scalable processes, and ensure flawless execution across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the company’s vision into executable business plans, drive revenue growth through new business development, strategic partnerships and market expansion.
• Oversee daily operations, build operational systems, SOPs and reporting structures, and monitor company‑wide KPIs to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability.
• Own the P&L and cash‑flow performance, work with finance on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation, and present performance updates to founders, investors and the board.
• Recruit, develop and retain high‑performing leadership teams, set organizational goals, mentor department heads and foster a culture of accountability.
• Act as the primary operational representative, maintain relationships with clients, partners, investors and stakeholders, and lead commercial negotiations and strategic alliances.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and corporate governance, manage operational risks, and establish controls and policies to support sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience as CEO, COO, Managing Director, General Manager or Founder in a high‑growth business with 12+ years of leadership responsibility.
• Strong track record of scaling revenue, teams and operations, and managing annual budgets with full P&L accountability.
• Commercial mindset with ability to close partnerships and drive growth, and experience leading multi‑functional teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Technology.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Background in startups, venture studios, consulting, technology, recruitment, workforce solutions or service‑based businesses is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is an advantage.
