About the role
This is a full‑time operational risk associate position for UAE national fresh graduates. The role supports the implementation of ADIB's Operational Risk Management (ORM) Framework, focusing initially on incident management and related activities.
Key responsibilities
- Support the business in managing operational risk incidents and losses.
- Facilitate identification and assessment of key operational risk exposures in line with ADIB's ORM Framework.
- Assist with issues management, timely implementation of actions, and monitoring of key risk indicators.
- Update and monitor operational risk data using the Group ORM platform and collate data for regular risk reports.
Required profile
- UAE national fresh graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
- Strong analytical skills, keen eye for detail and high self‑motivation.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
