Operational Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operational Specialist to support daily operations at SARPi Group, a leading distributor of luxury fashion brands in the Middle East. The role combines inventory management, delivery coordination, and data‑driven analysis to ensure seamless stock flow across our retail and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels for key accounts and develop replenishment plans based on sales trends, seasonality and demand.
• Coordinate daily deliveries, work closely with warehouse teams, and ensure timely order preparation and dispatch.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports; analyse sales, inventory and delivery performance.
• Maintain Excel‑based trackers, dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct regular field visits to stores and warehouses, review merchandising standards and build relationships with store teams.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a hands‑on problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mid‑junior level with a willingness to grow within a fast‑moving fashion environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis, tracking and dashboard creation.
