Operations Analyst – Entry to Mid Level

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, process improvement, and performance monitoring. The role involves identifying inefficiencies, optimizing workflows, and delivering actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to spot trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and create operational reports and dashboards.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend efficiency and cost‑reduction measures.
• Support process automation, workflow optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for operational issues and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations, finance, logistics, HR and management.
• Assist in forecasting, capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate operational data, records and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Experience in operations, business analysis, data analysis, consulting, finance or logistics.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics or related field (preferred).
