Operations and Training Manager

About the role

MSM Management Training Center, which delivers management courses and artificial intelligence programs, is looking for an Operations and Training Manager. The position is full-time and on-site in Dubai, UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and organize the center's training schedule and coordinate all management.
• Monitor the application of quality standards and ensure the effectiveness of training processes.
• Communicate effectively with trainers and trainees and manage the facilities and resources needed.
• Develop work procedures and improve operational performance based on the latest technological and training trends.
• Prepare periodic reports on the effectiveness of training programs and beneficiary satisfaction rates.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of practical experience in operations and training management within training centers or educational institutions.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies and their modern applications in management fields.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and keep up with developments in the training and technology sectors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e-learning systems and platforms.
• Content management software.
