Training Course Coordinator

About the role

MSM Management Training Center is looking for a Training Course Coordinator to join its specialized administrative team. The team develops and delivers training programs focused on administrative and digital leadership. The position is full-time and on-site in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate course schedules, manage registrations and handle venue and trainer bookings.
• Communicate with participants and trainers and ensure all logistical needs are met before, during and after training.
• Prepare course performance reports and monitor training quality surveys.
• Support the marketing team in promoting training programs across various platforms.
• Manage trainee and course databases and maintain files and records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources or a related field.
• At least two years of experience coordinating or managing training courses.
• Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in training centers or educational institutions is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Use of online scheduling tools.
