Operations Associate

About the role

As an Operations Associate you will be responsible for the safe and efficient running of one of Miral Experiences’ flagship attractions. You will ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience while maintaining strict safety standards and supporting your team on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Perform start‑up and close‑down procedures for rides and attractions.
• Manage queue systems, height measurements and guest loading/unloading.
• Fit and distribute safety equipment and verify restraints, belts and other safety devices.
• Monitor and operate emergency stop functions and handle ride downtimes.
• Conduct regular safety checks of fire extinguishers, emergency exits and routes.
• Record daily operational data such as downtimes, throughput and staff breaks.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues.
• Communicate clearly with guests, team members and management at all times.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a passion for guest interaction.
• Capacity to stay focused during long shifts and periods of high or low activity.

Required skills

• Ability to operate large ride machinery safely and efficiently.
• Proficiency in using ride stop and emergency stop controls.
