Operations Coordinator – Boutique (Dubai Mall)

About the role

Based in the Dubai Mall Fashion Boutique, you will support the Operations Manager in driving the boutique’s performance. This role combines analytical reporting, stock oversight and cross‑functional collaboration to help the boutique meet its commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular analytical reports and dashboards on boutique performance and stock levels.
• Highlight key collection insights and propose action plans with the Operations and Sales Managers.
• Assist in reviewing commercial targets and contribute to quarterly business review presentations.
• Generate pre‑buying reports for the Operations and Boutique Managers before buying sessions.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team on performance, stock transfers and deliveries, and participate in monthly reviews.
• Support the development and implementation of new processes and projects.
• Review boutique procedures (cash, operations, stock) and raise concerns to relevant departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in merchandising or business analysis, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, dynamic and highly organized.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
• Strong interest in fashion and luxury retail.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
