Operations Coordinator – Boutique Stock & Logistics (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Operations Coordinator will ensure smooth stock management and logistics for the Watches & Fine Jewelry boutique in Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi. You will support the Sales Manager by handling inventory, shipments, reporting and a range of administrative duties, all in line with CHANEL’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage boutique stock flow, including deliveries, transfers, special orders and rebalancing.
• Coordinate high‑value shipments with Brinks and validate logistics.
• Plan rolling inventories, analyse results and share monthly reports with Finance.
• Conduct stock quality control and oversee after‑sales care tools inventory.
• Order boutique supplies via Coupa, process invoices and manage permits.
• Maintain the monthly schedule in My Schedule App and coordinate team leaves.
• Support new‑joiner onboarding and act as main contact for maintenance and facilities.
• Ensure safe back‑of‑house organization, enforce procedures and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational and planning abilities with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and digital tools.
• Quick decision‑making and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
