Operations Coordinator – Boutique Stock & Logistics

About the role

The Operations Coordinator will ensure smooth stock management and logistics for the Watches & Fine Jewelry boutique at Mall of the Emirates. You will support the Deputy Manager by handling inventory control, shipment coordination, and administrative duties while upholding CHANEL standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage boutique stock flow, including deliveries, transfers, special orders and rebalancing.
• Coordinate high‑value shipments with Brinks and validate logistics.
• Plan rolling inventories, analyse results and report monthly to finance.
• Conduct stock quality control and oversee after‑sales care tools inventory.
• Process boutique supply orders and invoices in Coupa.
• Handle permits, schedule team leaves in My Schedule App and support new‑joiner induction.
• Act as main contact for maintenance, liaising with the Store Planning team.
• Maintain safe and back‑of‑house organization according to CHANEL procedures.

Required profile

• Excellent organizational, planning and analytical abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to react quickly.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Coupa procurement system.
• Experience using My Schedule App for workforce planning.
