Operations Coordinator for Holiday‑Home Services

About the role

ShineOn is seeking a second Operations Coordinator to manage scattered holiday‑home operations across Dubai. The role involves coordinating cleaning schedules, handling client communications, and supporting the commercial side of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cleaning schedules for holiday homes and client properties throughout Dubai.
• Allocate cleaners based on location, workload and operational priorities, and manage last‑minute bookings, cancellations and schedule changes.
• Handle client communications, address requests, complaints and service requirements, and keep clients informed of operational changes.
• Prepare and issue invoices and Statements of Account, track outstanding payments and follow up with clients.
• Prepare quotations, organise contracts and maintain up‑to‑date client records.
• Maintain accurate operational schedules, staff assignments, attendance records and support management with reports and process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in holiday‑home, short‑term rental or multi‑location operations.
• Extremely organized, proactive and calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator able to interact with cleaners, supervisors, clients and management.
• Commercially aware and comfortable handling quotations, invoices and payment follow‑ups.
