Operations Coordinator – Land Logistics

About the role

The Land Operations Coordinator will oversee daily logistics activities, ensuring seamless movement of shipments across GCC countries. Based in Dubai, this full‑time, on‑site role bridges clients, transport partners, and internal teams to deliver efficient supply‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on daily land transportation shipments throughout the GCC.
• Coordinate truck and driver information with transport companies and clients.
• Prepare and update shipment tracking reports and operational updates.
• Handle customs‑related documentation and shipment paperwork.
• Prepare and submit transport and customs documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with customs clearance teams and transporters regarding shipment status.
• Assist in invoicing, trip verification, and maintaining operational records.
• Facilitate communication between clients, drivers, transporters, and internal teams.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of shipments and transport records.

Required profile

• Experience in land transportation or logistics operations (preferred).
• Knowledge of GCC transportation and customs procedures (advantageous).
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
