Project Administrator – UAE Nationals Required

About the role
As a Project Administrator at AECOM you will support the documentation lifecycle of infrastructure projects, ensuring that all records are accurately filed and easily retrievable. The position is open exclusively to UAE nationals holding a family book, in line with the company’s Emiratisation policy. You will contribute to the smooth execution of projects by maintaining organized project files and assisting project teams with timely access to information.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project documents throughout all phases, maintaining a structured project directory.
- Create and implement filing structures and document‑control procedures, including uploading files to the electronic document management system (EDMS).
- File original documents and revisions, keep photographic records organized, and maintain document logs to track changes.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders for document exchange and support the preparation of project reports.
- Assist professional and technical staff in retrieving documents and supporting routine administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of administrative experience, preferably within a professional services or engineering environment.
- UAE national with a valid family book.
- Ability to work under general supervision, follow guidance, and exercise limited judgment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS).
