Operations Executive – Restaurant Onboarding

About the role

We are looking for a driven Operations Executive to lead the end‑to‑end onboarding of restaurant partners onto the Noon Food Dine Out platform in Dubai. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to live deployment, staff training, and post‑launch monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full restaurant onboarding lifecycle, from contract to live deployment and ongoing monitoring.
• Coordinate with Product and Tech teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
• Lead on‑site training sessions for restaurant staff covering the customer journey and platform best practices.
• Collect structured feedback from partners and relay it to internal teams to inform product development.
• Partner with Sales representatives to ensure a seamless handoff from signed client to active deployment.
• Monitor post‑deployment metrics and maintain accurate records of communications, testing outcomes, and training completion.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, account management, customer success, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical restaurant staff and convey operational feedback to internal teams.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
• Proactive and solution‑oriented, identifying potential issues early and taking ownership of resolutions.
• Natural coordinator capable of managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
