Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall company operations and coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, Procurement, Finance, HR, and other departments.
• Plan, monitor, and control ongoing projects from commencement through completion, including manpower, materials, equipment, and site requirements.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines while managing procurement, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance.
• Identify operational challenges, risks, and delays, taking corrective actions and providing regular updates to senior management.
• Develop and improve operational procedures, systems, and workflows, and lead operational teams to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and operational teams with strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
