Operations Manager

About the role

Gulf Multi Sport is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operational performance of the business. The role ensures operational efficiency, drives process improvements, supports team performance and maintains high service standards. It coordinates people, processes, resources and logistics to support strategic business goals, in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and develop operational processes, procedures and workflows
• Monitor performance, identify improvements and ensure activities meet company standards
• Lead and develop team members, coordinate staffing, scheduling and workload, and foster a high-performance culture
• Manage operational planning, logistics and resource allocation, keeping projects and events within timelines and budgets
• Work with vendors, suppliers and service providers, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and safety requirements
• Track and report operational KPIs, analyze data, prepare reports and recommendations, and support budgeting and cost control

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management, business operations or a similar leadership role
• Strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to lead teams and drive accountability
• UAE valid manual driver's licence; UAE experience preferred
