Arabic-Speaking Receptionist (Male & Female)

About the role

Royal Health Medical & Rehabilitation Centre in Dubai is hiring a full-time receptionist who speaks Arabic, open to male and female applicants. The role covers front-desk duties, visitor management, appointment scheduling and basic administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, clients and guests professionally and kindly.
• Answer, screen and direct incoming calls to the right person or department.
• Manage the front desk, handle inquiries, provide information and assist with administrative tasks.
• Maintain office security through visitor check-in procedures and a visitor log.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for staff, coordinating rooms and availability.
• Manage office supplies, including ordering, tracking and inventory.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Help with filing, data entry and report preparation, and assist with events and office functions.
• Keep the reception area tidy, organised and professional.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; office administration qualifications are a plus.
• Experience as a receptionist, front desk representative or similar role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organisation and multitasking skills.
• Professionalism in a fast-paced environment, positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
