Operations Manager – KSA & UAE

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead operational activities across Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Based in Riyadh or Dubai, you will join the Operations Leadership team and drive strategy for customer service, kit logistics, warehousing and asset management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operations strategy for the assigned markets covering customer service, kit booking, logistics, shipping/receiving, warehousing and asset management.
• Manage talent acquisition, development, engagement and performance across operational teams.
• Identify, implement and sustain process improvements and breakthrough solutions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, RAQA, Finance, EMEA Supply Chain and Sales/Marketing to leverage regional opportunities.
• Lead or support cross‑functional projects, including integration of operations after mergers or acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, FCPA and other relevant policies and regulations.
• Standardize processes and monitor KPIs and financial metrics for customer and logistics services.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience mixing logistics/warehouse management with customer‑facing responsibilities.
• At least 3 years of people‑management experience.
• Experience in a multinational organization with a complex structure.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Lean, Six Sigma or process‑excellence tools, training or certification (preferred).
