Operations Manager – Piling

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Piling to lead piling and foundation operations across multiple projects in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day piling and foundation operations and project execution.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and site resources.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and operational costs.
• Supervise Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Operators, and site teams.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain compliance with HSE, quality, and company standards.
• Monitor equipment utilization, maintenance, and productivity.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare regular operational and progress reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in piling, foundation, or civil construction.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial/operations role within the piling industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and large teams.
