Operations Manager – Scaffolding & Industrial Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Dubai/UAE operations of a well‑established scaffolding and industrial services company. This senior, hands‑on role oversees the full scaffolding operations cycle, from yard and inventory management to site execution and rental returns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day scaffolding operations across Dubai and the wider UAE.
• Oversee material, inventory and asset control, including stock reconciliation and loss prevention.
• Manage project mobilisation, installation, dismantling, dispatch, collection and material returns.
• Ensure effective utilisation of manpower, scaffolding materials, transport and equipment.
• Monitor productivity, operational costs and resource utilisation to protect commercial margins.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver operational commitments on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, Logistics or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years relevant operational experience with significant management responsibility.
• Strong background in scaffolding, construction, equipment rental or industrial services.
• Proven experience managing a large workforce (ideally 100+ personnel).
• Commercial understanding of rates, costs, productivity, utilisation and margin protection.
