Oracle Fusion CX Functional Consultant

About the role

The Oracle Fusion CX Functional Consultant will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of customer experience solutions across manufacturing and service operations in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with sales, service, after‑sales and field teams to capture business requirements.
• Design and configure Oracle CX modules (CPQ, Sales Enterprise, Service Enterprise, Field Service, Subscription Management) and integrate them with ERP, inventory and finance systems.
• Define data migration strategy, conduct functional and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Deliver training, documentation and knowledge transfer, and support cut‑over, go‑live and post‑implementation stabilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum three end‑to‑end Oracle CX implementations, at least two in manufacturing or service organisations.
• Proven ability to manage workshops, configuration, testing, data migration, training and go‑live activities.

• Oracle CPQ (product configuration, pricing, quoting, contract management).
• Oracle Sales Enterprise (CRM, opportunity and pipeline management).
• Oracle Service Enterprise (ticketing, service request management).
• Oracle Field Service (technician scheduling, dispatch).
• Oracle Subscription Management (subscription lifecycle, renewals).
• Oracle Integration Cloud and integration with Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM.
