Order Processing Manager – FMCG Export Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Order Processing Manager to lead the order processing function for an established FMCG business with international export operations based in Ras Al Khaimah. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the primary contact for clients and will own end‑to‑end order management across global export markets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end order processing, from order entry and export documentation to fulfilment, shipment and invoicing, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Lead, develop and manage the Order Processing team, handling recruitment, training, performance management and succession planning.
• Act as escalation point for complex order issues, coordinating with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams.
• Identify workflow gaps, support automation initiatives and analyse KPIs such as order accuracy and processing time.
• Handle internal and external audits, maintain compliance with ISO, FSSC, HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER and other standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics or related field.
• 10–12 years of order processing/supply chain experience in FMCG or tea export, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing an Order Processing or Export Operations department.
• Strong knowledge of international export documentation and trade regulations.
