Storekeeper - Crusher Operation

About the role

Central Quarry & Mining (CQM) is looking for a reliable and organised Storekeeper to manage inventory and day-to-day store operations at its quarry facility in Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidate will keep stock records accurate, handle the receipt and issue of materials and spare parts, and organise the store so that quarry operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, record and store incoming materials, equipment, consumables and spare parts.
• Issue materials and spare parts against authorised requests and keep proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers regularly.
• Monitor stock levels and notify the relevant department when replenishment is needed.
• Carry out regular stock counts and help with inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and organisation of materials.
• Keep records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Coordinate with the maintenance, procurement and operations teams so materials are available when required.
• Identify discrepancies, damaged items and slow-moving or obsolete stock.
• Keep the store clean, safe and well organised.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar inventory management role.
• Experience in mining, quarrying, construction, heavy equipment or industrial sectors is preferred.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage stock accurately and follow established procedures.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently as well as with a team.
