OT Cybersecurity Lead

About the role

VINCI Energies, through its Axians Emirates unit, is looking for an OT Cybersecurity Lead to support a major oil & gas client. The role will drive the design, implementation and verification of OT security measures across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity activities from engineering to project close‑out, ensuring compliance with standards and client expectations.
• Conduct risk assessments, threat modelling, vulnerability assessments and security controls assessments for ICSS, electrical, telecom and third‑party OT systems.
• Define and review OT security architecture, network segmentation, security zones, firewalls, hardening measures and other controls.
• Coordinate requirements and technical activities with vendors, OEMs and client stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and technical discussions to communicate risks, gaps and remediation actions.
• Provide technical oversight during FAT/IFAT and SAT/ISAT, including configuration, integration and verification.
• Review penetration testing results and ensure proper remediation and validation.
• Validate all cybersecurity deliverables, reports and recommendations before client submission.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in OT cybersecurity, preferably in oil & gas or defense sectors.
• Proven ability to lead complex security projects and work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of industrial control system standards and best practices.
