Outdoor Sales Representative – Dubai

About the role

Esdee Collective, a bespoke furniture and interiors studio in Dubai, is looking for an energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to join its on‑site team. You will meet potential and existing clients across the UAE, showcase custom‑crafted furniture solutions, and nurture long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
• Conduct site visits, prepare and present quotations, and follow up to close sales.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated and delivered on time.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of leads, meetings, and sales performance.
• Represent the Esdee Collective brand professionally at all client interactions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing in a target‑driven environment.
• Experience in furniture, interiors, or design‑led industries is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site, conduct regular client visits in Dubai, and manage time efficiently.
• Valid UAE driving licence and good knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
