Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to promote our beauty and cosmetics portfolio across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will work directly with retail and professional clients, delivering product presentations and driving sales growth in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through proactive client visits and product presentations.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio in the beauty sector.
• Apply effective up‑selling and cross‑selling strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through follow‑up and support.
• Maintain accurate records, handle collections, and support stock management.
• Collaborate with retail and professional clients on product launches and merchandising.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
• Full knowledge of cosmetic products.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
• High school diploma (academic degree preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ready to join immediately.
