About the role
We are looking for an Outlet Cashier to manage all cash transactions accurately and provide excellent service at The Cove Rotana Resort. The role involves handling payments, maintaining a tidy checkout area, and ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash, card and voucher payments using the cash register and POS system.
- Scan goods, issue receipts, refunds, change, and tickets.
- Redeem stamps, coupons and loyalty cards.
- Greet customers, resolve complaints and provide relevant information.
- Maintain clean and organized checkout stations.
- Prepare transaction reports and bag, box or wrap packages.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a retail or hospitality cashier.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Integrity in handling financial transactions.
Required skills
- Basic PC knowledge.
- Familiarity with cash registers, scanners and money counters.
- Experience operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
