Outlet Manager

About the role

Hyatt is seeking an enthusiastic Outlet Manager to lead its Italian restaurant, Verso. You will be responsible for delivering memorable dining experiences while overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, coach and develop a high‑performing service team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor revenue, control costs and achieve profitability targets.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a management role within restaurants, cafes, hotels or hospitality outlets.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting and cost control.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
