Team Lead - Housekeeping

About the role

The Team Lead – Housekeeping will oversee daily housekeeping operations at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day housekeeping activities, motivate and guide the team, and lead by example with compassion, honesty, and integrity.
• Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff on duties across various departments.
• Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.
• Compile duty rosters, advise on changes, prepare reports, and maintain appropriate filing systems.
• Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contract agreements.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or Certificate.
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Proactive approach to handling guest requests.
• Passion for delivering personalized guest experiences and maintaining the highest service standards.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
