Outlet Manager – Sunvibe Pool & Beach

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead Sunvibe, its pool and beach venue. You will oversee all operational and administrative aspects, ensuring exceptional service and a pristine environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, maintenance, and cleanliness of the pool and beach area, conducting regular walk‑throughs with engineering and housekeeping teams.
• Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to plan menus, pricing, and promotional events that maximize revenue.
• Manage reservations, seating capacity, and staffing schedules to meet business volumes while controlling labour costs.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse P&L statements, and ensure compliance with local alcohol licensing laws.
• Lead, train, and evaluate a diverse team, maintaining grooming standards and delivering WOW moments for guests.

Required profile

• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management.
• 3‑5 years’ experience as an outlet manager for pool & beach venues in a luxury hotel.
• International experience in at least two regions (Asia, Europe, North America, preferably Middle East).
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages (German, French, Russian, Spanish, Arabic) are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with pool & beach point‑of‑sale systems and cashiering procedures.
• Competent computer skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to organise large projects, events, and multiple tasks with attention to detail.
