Outlet Supervisor

About the role

The Outlet Supervisor will lead the food and beverage outlet team at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, ensuring every guest receives prompt, courteous service and a memorable dining experience. This position plays a key part in maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and revenue control across all restaurant and room‑service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of all restaurant and room‑service orders, guaranteeing guest satisfaction.
• Open and close shifts according to the manager’s checklist and service standards.
• Train, motivate and schedule team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Execute revenue and check‑control procedures accurately during each shift.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and well‑presented guest area at all times.
• Resolve daily operational issues such as call‑outs, last‑minute bookings, and staffing gaps.
• Monitor floor coverage throughout meal periods to ensure optimal service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising food‑and‑beverage outlets within a hotel or resort setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team member satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Minor Hotels Service Standards and hospitality best practices.
• Competence in revenue management and check control processes.
• Understanding of health, safety and sanitation regulations.
