Outlet Supervisor

About the role

Rixos Al Mairid is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Outlet Supervisor to join the Food & Beverage team. You will oversee daily operations of a restaurant outlet, ensuring service excellence, team efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Guide, train and support team members, manage scheduling and performance evaluation.
• Address guest needs promptly and resolve service issues.
• Monitor inventory levels of equipment, supplies and consumables.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training on menu items, service procedures and upselling techniques.
• Assist with cash handling, daily closing procedures and accurate POS entries.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and other departments for efficient service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining outlet.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, and stand for extended periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Basic computer applications.
