Outlet Supervisor – Seven Sports Bar

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Outlet Supervisor to join the Food & Beverage team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm. You will support daily operations of the Seven Sports Bar, lead a team of service staff, and ensure every guest enjoys an extraordinary experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Conduct shift briefings, manage handovers and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor stock levels, handle requisitions and oversee accurate billing and cash handling.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding and other departments for seamless operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in hotel or upscale restaurant F&B operations, with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene and health‑safety standards.
