Outsystems Lead Developer

About the role

BlackStone eIT is looking for an Outsystems Lead/Senior Developer in Dubai to lead its Outsystems projects and support its development teams. You will drive initiatives that matter to clients, mentor junior developers and work closely with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality Outsystems applications aligned with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the software development lifecycle runs smoothly, from design to deployment.
• Take part in code reviews and make sure coding standards are followed.
• Stay up to date with Outsystems developments and industry innovations to bring in new technologies.
• Lead project meetings to track progress and ensure milestones are delivered on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 years of software development experience, specializing in Outsystems.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or senior role within the Outsystems ecosystem.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to solving complex problems.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of application design patterns and software development best practices.
• Experience with Agile project management.
• Outsystems certification(s) are highly regarded.
