Padel Supervisor & Head Coach – Luxury Fitness Club

About the role

MyPT is launching a high‑end luxury fitness destination in Villa Square, UAE, and seeks a dynamic Padel Supervisor and Head Coach to lead the entire Padel operation. This senior role goes beyond court management – you will build an academy, drive revenue, and create a vibrant Padel community within a premium club environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Padel activities, including court scheduling, memberships, and tournaments.
• Design, launch and operate the MyPT Padel Academy for adults and children of all skill levels.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise a team of Padel coaches and support staff.
• Develop coaching programmes, leagues, events and social activations to maximise court utilisation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Club Management to grow the Padel business.
• Monitor KPIs, revenue targets, academy performance and customer retention.
• Build partnerships with corporate clients and local community organisations.
• Utilise MyPT Connect and digital booking/CRM tools for scheduling, reporting and member engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Padel operations, academies or clubs.
• Background as a certified Padel coach with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to generate revenue from memberships, coaching packages and events.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling an academy structure.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset and community‑building skills.

Required skills

• Experience with booking systems, CRM platforms and reporting dashboards.
