About the role

The Paper Cup Machine Operator is responsible for running and maintaining the equipment that produces disposable paper cups. This position ensures high‑quality output while adhering to safety and production standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

Set up and start paper cup manufacturing machines at the beginning of each shift.
Monitor machine performance, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot minor malfunctions.
Adjust machine settings to meet specific cup size and quality requirements.
Perform quality inspections on finished cups and record production data.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.

Required profile

Proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
Strong focus on safety, quality control, and problem‑solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexible shift availability.
