About the role
The Parent Relations Executive will act as the primary liaison between parents, prospective families and the school administration, promoting the school's brand and fostering strong community ties.
Key responsibilities
- Market the school to the wider community and maintain open communication channels with existing and prospective parents.
- Serve as a passionate brand ambassador, representing the school at events and in communications.
Required profile
- Native English speaker with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑focused role and prior experience in marketing or communication.
Required skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Customer‑centred philosophy with the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
