About the role
As a Fashion Consultant for Lacoste at Abu Dhabi Mall, you will drive sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience while supporting in‑store CRM and customer‑experience initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers.
- Drive client relationships using an omni‑channel approach.
- Provide pre‑buying product feedback and promote the loyalty program (MUSE).
- Ensure visual‑merchandising compliance and SOP adherence.
- Manage click‑and‑collect orders within service‑level agreements.
- Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements.
- Support in‑store marketing events, activations and CX initiatives.
- Stay updated on brand social media activities and campaigns.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills.
- Eligibility for the Emiratisation programme.
